Refund and Shipping

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Domestic Shipping Only. International Shipping is NOT available.
• Please check your state regulations to ensure shipping will be approved prior to order.  Customer is responsible for verifying state restrictions and regulations prior to purchase.  USA Precision Arms and all affiliate companies hold no liability for legal repercussions.
• We are big fans of fast shipping. We strive to send each shipment out in a timely manner. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. If your order is delayed for any reason one of our staff will contact you.  Shipping estimates will be quoted individually for bulk orders.
• Insurance for shipping and signature required is optional and fees may be applied.

Return & Refund policy

*All returns must be approved via email before they are sent back to us.*

• You may return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Tracking Confirmation). You may choose to send it back to us; return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and a 15% restocking fee may be applied.  
• No returns or refunds on “Blemished” items. 
• Shipping is non-refundable.
• For customized products, all sales are final, with the exception of manufacturer defect. 
• If USA Precision & Fabrication deems your product damaged via a manufacturing defect, we will provide a return label for you and send a replacement.  You must include your email approval, your order number and your name with the return.  Failure to do so may result in processing delays or a denied refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days – once you receive our refund confirmation, check with your financial institution for further information, should you need it.  Please be aware, that financial institutions may cause delays in refunds due to their own processing policies and procedures.
